DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Once payment is made and confirmed, delivery time frame is:

  • 1–2 working days within the UK or USA


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international orders are shipped and trackable through DHL.
Delivery timeline is 5–7 working days after payment is made and confirmed.


CUSTOMS AND DUTIES CHARGES
Some countries subject shipments crossing international borders to assessments of duties and taxes.

Anniky Royal Collections has no control over this. Customers are responsible for this fee, and it is not included in the shipping fee.


PICK UPS
The walk-in store located in Nigeria is open only to wholesalers for pickup.
Opening hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 9am – 4pm

  • Saturday: 10am – 4pm


RETURN POLICY
Item(s) are subject to RETURN / EXCHANGE / REFUND if Anniky Royal Collections receives the item(s) within the following timeframe:


TIMELINE

  • 3 working days from date of delivery within the UK or USA

  • 5 working days from date of delivery for orders placed outside the UK or USA


THE ITEM(S) MUST PHYSICALLY BE IN OUR POSSESSION WITHIN THE ABOVE TIME FRAME FOR ITEM TO QUALIFY FOR AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE.


EXCEPTIONS
Items purchased, picked up, or fitted cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded.


CHARGES:

  • The customer is responsible for sending the item(s) back to Anniky Royal Collections.

  • In the case of an exchange, the customer is required to pay for any further delivery fee.

  • The re-delivery fee is the same as the initial shipping fee charged when the item was first ordered.

Once we have received your return:

  • An exchange will be shipped within 48 hours

  • A refund will be processed within 5–7 working days (Depending on the payment gateway, refunds may take longer to appear in your bank account)


METHOD OF REFUNDING:
Refunds are issued minus the cost of shipping via the same payment gateway the item(s) were paid for (e.g., PayPal, direct transfer).


PRODUCT CONDITION:
ALL items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Undamaged

  • Free from blemishes

  • In original packaging
    To qualify for an exchange or refund.

If an item is received damaged, a refund or exchange will not be possible regardless of circumstance. The customer will be responsible for any shipping cost associated with resending the item back to them.

SALE items or items bought with a discount code will NOT be eligible for a refund or exchange under any circumstance.
ONLY FULL PRICE items qualify for a refund or exchange.

If a customer receives a faulty item, they have:

  • 3 days from the date of delivery to file a complaint

  • 20 days maximum to return the item

After this period, we will no longer be able to accept the item under any circumstance.

For a swift and seamless process, kindly ensure that your return meets the above terms and conditions.
